The 7000 Series is a new generation of professional shears. The blades are made of AUS8A stainless steel (3.7 – 4 mm. in thickness) and hardened up to 58+/-1 HRC. The shears have an elegantly matte finished and are equipped with a tension adjustable patented duplex interlock fastener that prevents the screw from becoming loose. The fastener is also heat treated and hardened up to 45 +/- 1 HRC. The 7000 Professional Series is a winner of the IF design award 2005. This shear is designed to cut light to heavy-weight fabrics such as sheers, silks, marine canvas, cotton, acrylics, drapery and upholstery fabrics. This 10″ scissor is highly maneuverable for cutting out patterns, scallops in cornice boards, and is excellent for cutting acrylics awning and marine canvas type fabrics.
